Where Is My Order?

Thank you for your purchase! Here's how to track your order from confirmation to your doorstep.

📦 Step 1 — Find Your Order Confirmation Email

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping notification email containing your NinjaVan tracking number and a direct tracking link.

👉 Click the tracking link in your shipping email to check your delivery status in real time on the NinjaVan website.

🔍 Step 2 — Track via Your Account

If you checked out with an account, you can also view your order status anytime by logging in:

  1. Go to our store and click Log In at the top of the page.
  2. Head to My Orders.
  3. Select your order to see the latest status and tracking information.

If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your shipping confirmation email to view your order status.

⏱ Expected Fulfillment & Delivery Times

We take care to prepare every order before it ships. Here's what to expect:

  • Order fulfillment: Approximately 10–14 business days from your order date.
  • Shipping (after dispatch): Delivery times vary by location once the parcel is with NinjaVan.
  • Tracking updates: Your NinjaVan tracking link will activate once your parcel has been scanned into their system.

📋 Preorder Orders

If your order contains a preorder item, please note:

  • Preorder items are fulfilled separately from in-stock items and ship when they become available.
  • You will receive a shipping notification email specifically for your preorder once it has dispatched.
  • Fulfillment timelines for preorders may differ — please refer to the product page or your order confirmation for the estimated availability date.

❓ Tracking Hasn't Updated?

Don't worry — tracking updates can sometimes take 1–2 business days after your shipping notification email is sent. This is normal while NinjaVan processes and scans your parcel.

If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days from your shipping notification, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
