LOST PACKAGES
After your package is handed over to our third-party delivery partners, it falls under their responsibility. Oneness of God cannot be held accountable for any lost parcels, provided that substantial proof of delivery can be furnished.

In the event of reported lost packages, we will promptly escalate the matter to the respective third-party delivery partner. Oneness of God is committed to making reasonable efforts to aid in compensation claims, if applicable, on a case-by-case basis.

INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
In the event of inaccurate or incomplete addresses, our ability to recover parcels depends on whether the provided address is valid and deliverable. If the address exists and can receive deliveries, we cannot guarantee retrieval of the parcel. However, if the provided address is invalid or non-existent, arrangements will be made to return the parcel to us.

For international orders with inaccurate or incomplete addresses, the return process will be initiated following a failed delivery attempt. Please be aware that this process may take up to 1-3 months to complete.

To ensure successful and timely deliveries, please double-check that your address and contact number are accurate and complete when placing an order. Any orders with missing or incorrect information may lead to delivery failures, delays, or returns.

Kindly note that the costs associated with redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Local couriers typically make two delivery attempts for your convenience. In the event that both attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be sent back to us. It is crucial that you furnish accurate and comprehensive address details, including a valid contact number, to facilitate successful deliveries.

Please be aware that any orders containing incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to either unsuccessful deliveries, delays, or return of the parcels. Should parcels remain unclaimed or fail delivery due to errors on your part, a redelivery fee will be incurred.
